(Which sounds, I realize, like a post about stomach issues. It’s not.)

Love to all. Even you, the passenger with 17 grandkids who yelled at other people’s kids.

I’m looking at those calories burned and thinking I should take up running again. There’s got to be a sports bra that can make it possible.
This is okay, tachycardia-wise? Are you trying to stay under 5 mi a run, in general? (Note the nagging tone. Nothing says “I care” like a good nagging tone :D)
What program you using to keep those stats? Enquiring husbands of mine want to know.
I waited all week for THIS? Dude.
Just reading this makes me tired.
I’m with Renn - totally exhausted!
I’m still looking for you in Minneapolis/St. Paul, about 5 mos. from now. You will, as we say down south, blow doors, but I can live with it.
Oh hell, I’m going to be immature and put it out there.
LOL, YOU SAID RUNS!
Okay, I’m done.
DCup, yes there is!! I range between a DD and an E cup and even I have managed to find a sports bra that keeps them more or less in place. Any bra fitter worth their salt should be able to help you find one
p.s. The trick is to use a good, strong crop top AS WELL as a sports bra.
p.p.s. Sorry to de-rail your post, Rich. Much e-love.
Wow - I don’t run anymore. There is very little I want bad enough to RUN after, and nothing that scares me enough to run FROM.
Much love to you though! Good oh!
Dude, maps, post maps.
Ha ha ha ha ha - vacation runs! Holy cow is that impressive.
Oops - clicked submit before I meant to. I meant the running was impressive. But the double entendre was too.
