I watched this video clip a few days ago and was “shocked.” I am sooooo NOT a Cheney fan and wish I could toss the film clip back in his face. Now who is the “flip flopper?”
So, Bush I thought Saddam was not worth more than 154 American lives, but Dubya thinks he’s worth a couple of thousand American, a couple hundred British, and several hundred thousand Iraqi lives?
That is some kind of hubris. Some kind of greed. Because ultimately we know it’s not a real desire to bring democracy to Iraq, but a desire for wealth on the part of those around Dubya, and a desire on his part to make a mark and leave some sort of legacy that outshines anything his father did.
I wonder how many of the seven deadly sins he’s guilty of.
Speechless and a bit sick to my stomach.
This is very foretelling. Too bad he didn’t hold this same position with W.
This war is a travesty and I wonder who will be held responsible for the many lives lost during this war. (Actually I don’t really wonder, I have a pretty good idea). But I fear no one will ever be made accountable and no punishment will ever be handed out.
My God is right.
