Bad Dad.
Me: I love you, [daughter].
Her: I love you too, Daddy.
Me: Look how big you are today!
Her: Yeah! Soon you'll be a grandpa!
Me: WHAT!?!?!
After some joking discussion, we agreed that she'd wait at least 20 years for grandkids. But the whole time, my internal response was: Who does she have a crush on, and how can I destroy this boy?
Man. I've got to prepare for her to get older.
Love to all. Even you, the ex-client who screamed at me this morning.

Isn't it weird how many parents who have not exactly been the most well-behaved ones become so strict with their kids?

Yeah, get use to those mini heart attacks there dad... they only get worse as they get older!
I have a friend who... less than well behaved. But he's made promises to anyone who will listen that he'll baseball-bat his daughter's first BF. And she's 11, so time's running out fast :)

I never had one of those and I never felt the need either.
However, I will also wait another 20 years go have kids. At least 20.
Ground her until she turns 55!!!
